Rupert Manduke Curtis
With a career spanning 18 years with 12 of those spent in Asia, Mr. Manduke Curtis is a seasoned acquisition finance banker and has worked on some of the largest regional and global transactions, most notably playing a pivotal role in the recent Alibaba financings.
Prior to founding AMC Capital he was Head of Origination, non-Japan Asia at Mizuho Bank Ltd where he worked on LBO, sub-investment grade and highly structured transactions for both private equity and corporate clients, with the added responsibilities of portfolio management and distressed restructuring (he completed the first debt for equity swap in the Asian market). Before taking over the Origination business in Asia, he was responsible for Mizuho’s Asian leveraged syndication business.
Mr. Manduke Curtis has direct transaction experience across all layers of the capital structure in Asia, Europe and the US (senior, term loan B, European institutional tranches, second lien, mezzanine, high yield bonds and PIK). Having worked also at CIBC World Markets plc and ING Bank NV in London, Mr. Manduke Curtis benefits from a global and multi-cultural perspective. He holds a BA (Hons) in French & Spanish from St Peter’s College, Oxford University.
Katrina is a seasoned accounting professional (CPA) with experience in transaction advisory services and external audit. Her area of expertise lies in financial due diligence for M&A transactions, regulatory reporting, initial public offerings and internal control reviews. Previous clients have included private equity firms, listed companies and multinational corporations.
Prior to joining AMC, Katrina was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services team at EY, with due diligence experience in multiple sectors, including but not limited to, real estate, mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, retail and food and beverage. She started her career in the assurance department of PwC in Hong Kong.
Katrina is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a BBA in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
